#17 RefreshAll Implementation as Batch

For databases, which support ADO.NET batches, RefreshAll should be implemented by a batch query. The objects in the cache should be ordered by type and the query could use the IN statement: WHERE Id IN (1234, 2345, 33, 2222, ....). This works only with primary keys having only one column.
