#5 Add ascii dump and ascii dump on file

Netcat has hexdump option -x and hexdump on file option -o.
It would be nice if there is also ascii dump option and
also ascii dump on file. Like:
Received 401 bytes from the socket
GET / HTTP/1.1
Host: 127.0.0.1
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0
etc...
Sent 6 bytes to the socket
