#39 verbosity enhancements

Often I'm curious what's going on with DNS, and I've always found it frustrating that even with -vv, I get no output until after a DNS query has finished. I'm attaching a patch that makes me happy. It also prints timestamps on ncprint() output, which I find very helpful.
