New netboot version 0.10

Hello,

today I have released the final netboot version 0.10. Compared to the last stable version 0.9.8 a whole lot of things have been changed internally. The most important change is the move from the old bin86 tools towards the GNU development tools. It is now possible to compile everything using GNU tools, even on non-x86 systems by using a cross compiler. In addition, many funtional improvements have been implementend like support for netboot DHCP tags, better support for different kinds of system databases etc. This release has been tested on many different host systems and with many different network cards in order to provide better compatibility.
