Fourth preview of netboot 0.10

Hello,
the fourth (and hopefully last) preview for netboot version
0.10 has been released. You can find it on the download
page of the netboot home page. This preview fixes a lot
of bugs again, and it adds ramdisk compression to mknbi-dos.
