#86 Tracker memory-problems

Netatalk 3.1 - with tracker:

On a fresh Volume with many Files inside the tracker-miner-fs "freezes" with following message:
14 Jan 2014, 11:05:16: Tracker-Warning **: The maximum number of monitors to set (65036) has been reached, not adding any new ones

Restarting tracker with tracker-control -r stops tracker but didn't restart it, so it is necessarily to restart Netatalk completely.
Here i think, a Netatalk-Own Restart-Script would help, because this tracker-process is eating all memory of the server (in my case 88,2 % of installed 16GB RAM)
