[Netacct-mysql-users] netstat-contrib

Hello!
I downloaded NetStat and installed it.
It works but there is a directory netstat-mrtg with 
netstat-mrtg , netacct.html and sample.mrtg.cfg files without any 
documentation for usage!
In netacct-mysql's contrib directory is also a file mrta2netacct
without any documentation!
Can somebody help me in using those files?
