[Netacct-mysql-users] Data collection

Hello!
I installed the product on redhat 6.2
The installation was ok
The daemon (nacctd) is running , mysql is running but no data appears
in the traffic table
There is plenty of empty files in /tmp directory except netacctd.debug
which is not empty
How can I see if nacctd is collecting data or not?
