Installation instruction:
0. Ensure that .NET Framework 4 is installed. if not, go to microsoft.com download web page.
1. Install WinPcap. Run WinPcap_4_1_3.exe in the archive.
2. Install Visual C++ Runtime. Run VC_redist.x86.exe in the archive.
3. Configure L2 Switch to copy traffic from all interfaces to Port where Network Monitor is running
