I have a problem.
I need to get the output from snmptrapd (normally it\'s directed to stdout) into program (to memory, to some string).
Situation is that my application has a event file, where it writes events, and it is opened all the time what the application is running. So I can\'t redirected output of snmptrapd to that file. Another thing is that I need to get it in realtime (one minute up down - it doesn\'t matter). I was thinking about using pipes, but I don\'t know the exact procedure. Is there any solution. BUT NOT VERY DIFFICULT.

See 'snmptrapd.conf(5)' - in particular the description of "traphandle"
