Bugs item #574434, was opened at 2002-06-27 05:14 You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=112694&aid=574434&group_id=12694 Category: None Group: None Status: Open Resolution: None Priority: 7 Submitted By: Robert Story (rstory) Assigned to: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Summary: snmptable crash with -v2c Initial Comment: snmptable will crash if using -v2c if '-OS' or '-Os' output options are not specified. The crash occurs in snmptable.c around line 608, when trying to do strrchr on a null pointer. Problem reported on the users list for 4.2.3-5, and also exists in 5.0.x. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- >Comment By: Dave Shield (dts12) Date: 2002-07-30 16:01 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=88893 A quick investigation seems to show that the 'getbulk' output parsing is getting confused by the change of default output style. This code really needs to use the same configuration structure as the main library output routine, rather than relying on the old 'snmp_get_suffix_only' call.
