NOTICE: sourceforge.net problems

The sourceforge download server is currently being upgraded and our
files (and most other projects) have disappeared at the moment.  The
good news is that in the long run, the download server is supposed
to be an even better machine, but in the mean time we need to wait for
the synchronization between the sourceforge machines to finish.
Apparently its taking a bit longer than sourceforge expected.
