4.2.pre2 available

ucd-snmp-4.2.pre2 is now available at
http://download.sourceforge.net/net-snmp/ucd-snmp-4.2.pre2.tar.gz.

We'd greatly appreciate people testing it and letting us know of any
problem that still exist.

Misc recent changes:

- It's support for AgentX should be greatly improved
- "make test" suite now has 31 tests (some require specific mib
  modules to be compiled in or else they may be skipped).
