Option -t not working net-snmp 5.8

Hello,

I'm using net-snmp 5.8 on Rocky Linux 8.10.
But the Timeout Option -t is not working.
Always waits approx. 60 seconds until timeout when no response to
snmpwalk or snmpget.

Any suggestions?
