But that's not what I said.
Please try
      monitor -r 60 -u root -S -I  test  ntc2223DevTemp.0  == 10

with the *full* instance OID.
Note "ntc2223DevTemp.0" rather than "ntc2223DevTemp"


Also, does it work if you try monitoring a different OID?
One that's implemented within the master agentx itself
(rather than a subagent)
