#94 Better BITS support at tkmib

The way tkmib supports BITS variables today is an "one
way". Once you set to 1 a bit at you variable, there is
no way do set it to 0 again. I had to modify my agent
to do a XOR of bits, wich can be dangerous if I decide
to use another NMS.

Also, if possible, it would be great that instead of
showing an ASCII charactere of the value of the BITS
variable, it give us the hexadecimal value or something
like it.
