No

I am using net-snmp 5.7.1 and currently I configured the enterprise OID as follows,
-with-enterprise-oid=12345 \ -with-enterprise-sysoid="1.3.6.1.4.1.12345.3.4" \ -with-enterprise-notification-oid="1.3.6.1.4.1.12345.3.5.1

Is there any patches/ways available to change the enterprise OID "12345" at runtime of SNMP Agent like by updating the snmpd.conf and respawn the agent or a standard variable to update the enterprise OID?

Currently there isn't a way to do this. In theory, it shouldn't be hard to do, so I've moved it to the feature request tracker.
