#1 Problems with multiple monitors

If you put a application using NetDocks put onto a monitor which is located left of the primary monitor the user controls of NetDocks are not clickable. The problem is that the coordinates in the window message are negative for this case.
Attached is a patch to extraxt these negative coordinates correctly.
