#73 No Sound Option for Alternative Speed

I have a humble suggestion for the next version. Could you give the option to have 'no sound' when using the 'Alternative Speed', similar to the option in the Rewinder? I really like the old school beeps and boops, but on Alternative Speed they can be headache inducing. Either way, thank you for a great emulator.
