The Konami VRC7 chip from Lagrange Point (J) adds rich FM tones, and now emulators like VirtuaNES support it properly. The Sunsoft FME-07 from Gimmick! (J) also had its pitch fixed, now sounding as intended. It’s great to revisit these updates, just like giving old hardware a polish with my speaker cleaner, dusting off the past and adjusting the sound back to life.

Please support Konami VRC7(Lagrange Point (J))!
and
The interval of Sunsoft FME-07 (Gimmick!(J)) is strange.
Please hear VirtuaNES and compare it.
Good timing. VRC7 sound chip implementation was finished just a few days ago. So yeah, next release will have it.
FME-07 sound pitch has been fixed. Didn't realize it should be one octave lower as I've never heard the original sound myself.
Thank you!
Thanks for sharing!
