#124 Choppy gameplay with ToolTip onscreen.

Reproduction:
Load a game and start playing it.
Generate a tooltip somehow by mousing over an element that provides a tooltip (Taskbar for example).

Gameplay immediately gets choppy / slowed down until the tooltip is cleared.

While this is a minor and very easily resolvable bug on the user side, it does get annoying with checking / importing / creating GG codes.
