I am wondering if it is possible to define a profile for more than one node at once (based on their names or a percentage of the nodes)? Can you please let me know how to do such thing?
And is it possible to build a large network automatically, then modify some specific nodes?

I couldn't find such options in the GUI; can you help in this?

If you have created, open the context menu by right clicking on the scenario. The top entry is 'Deploy profiles ...'.

NeSSi2 currently does not ship with support automatically creating networks, But using the NeSSi2 API it is possible to write a Java class that creates a network, that can be used in NeSSi2.
