hello
in a part of the manual i saw that says the network that nessi simulates them, should be exist actually and we should connect to them on UDP connection.but i don't want that.i need to nessi to simulate the networks that my teacher's mind is made up and don't exist actually.
so can i use of nessi without any connections?

To what section (page) of the manual are you referring to? There is no special network you need to use or need to connect to.
As for your earlier Ubuntu related questions: We currently don't have a Linux/Ubuntu user in our team that can guide you to all the steps. NeSSi2 itself only needs to be unpacked at a location of your choice. For all other needed software (Java, MYSQL, ...) you should consult the documentation of Ubuntu or search http://askubuntu.com for solutions to your questions.
