OSX Binary now available

Since I just realized that there are links to nesromtool on other sites, I slapped together an installer package for the OSX crowd. I'd like to make a win32 (or DOS) exe available, I just don't have a windows compiler. If anyone's up to the task, feel welcome.

I'm still working on putting together a makefile for you *nix people. It'll be ready for 0.4, I hope.
