#31 Serialize annotations corresponding to the NER extraction

Ideas from Kingsley and Pablo: serialize the annotations that correspond to the NER extraction process. We can use something like NIF (1)? Or maybe Lemon (2)? Or Lexvo (3)? Some RDF vocabularies?
