#17 freezes and/or stops transfer while hashing/copying

Sometime it happens that neo freezes after a big file is completed, hashed and beeing copied. But almost every time he hashes/copies I loose all connections/transfers.
CPU is always low at around 1% or 2%. P4HT 3Ghz 2Gig ram. So that shouldn't be the problem. Any idea?
And I never get an error message.

Also hard drive gets unusuall full when neo for runs hours. Might that be temporary files stored somewhere? After restart there are at least 1 more gig free space.
