How to use "Neoe DNS Proxy".

1. Download DnsProxy1.zip file and extract.
2. Download Java 7 at java.com (skip if already done)
3. Edit dnsservers.cfg with a text editor like neoeedit.(if not knowing how and why, should be skipped)
4. Double click to start DnsProxy1.jar.
5. Change your system dns to 127.0.0.1(which means localhost).
6. Enjoy!
   After that you can:
7. Make a shortcut and put it in windows startup menu to make it start at windows startup.(optional)
8. Check the log files.(if you need)
9. Donate to author.(if you like this project)
