Let NeoCrypt rename the file when it encrypts it, by adding an extension eg ".neo", and then register that extention via the installer with Windows so that the file displays a NeoCrypt icon.
Eg if the file is foo.jpg, the encrypted file's name will be foo.jpg.neo.
