I know we talked about this before, but I wanted to add it to the official wish list. The EP toolkit has lots of nice PCA post-processing capabilities that it would be nice to be able to more easily tap into with the pattern extraction output, including ANOVA and very nice viewing tools. Regarding the latter, check out the topomap feature or the "view" tool for viewing PCA gaves. Its very nice! Plus, remember that not all NEMO labs have Net Station for viewing etc. Ideally, .mat files could be output that are compatible with the EP .mat formats.
thanks!

Thank you for the request. I will incorporate full EP toolkit compatibility into the new PCA Decomposition class by incorporating, in full, the EP Toolkit's EPdata structure as a class property of the NEMO PCA Decomposition Toolkit. The EPdata structure, which will be initialized when you run the NEMP PCA Decomposition Toolkit, can then be passed into and recognized by the EP Toolkit. Joe Dien has done a great job with his EP Toolkit, and I want to be able to allow users of the NEMO tools full access to its statistical and visualization capabilities.
NEMO Toolkit is currently compatible with EP Toolkit version 2.37.
