#142 Complete proposed changes for ICE subclasses

Snez,

You did an awesome job of annotating the ICE classes. I've implemented these in the onto and changed the curation_status to "pending_final_vetting" in almost every case.
There are a few subclasses that still need definitions, def sources, etc..These include the following:

one_dimensional_xcoordinate_datum (NEMO_9128000) and like classes
subclasses of EEG_topographic_map (NEMO_3226000)
EEG_wave_plot (NEMO_7678000)
subclasses of temporal_measurement_datum (NEMO_7132000)
subclasses of intensity_measurement_datum (NEMO_6902000)
gain_measurement_datum (NEMO_0949000)
physiological_data_set (NEMO_0000492) and subclasses

Please hand these off to me (rather than to Usman) when they're ready.
Then I'll ask Bob to do a final pass over the ICE terms.
