Look into the NIF ontology mediawiki forms (Gwen had previously sent screenshots of these). Jason and Paea are curious about their technology (how does it integrate into their "master" ontology, if at all? Do these forms actually edit the ontology for you, or do they just allow users to "suggest" changes to the ontology which must later be manually inputted?)

I would like to revisit the use of these forms to facilitate collaborative work within NEMO on the development of a standard "Minimal Information" (MI) -- i.e., an expt metadata -- checklist. I do not know the answer to Jason's question about links between Neurolex (NIF mediawiki forms for lexicon) and NIF ontology. My guess is that there is no direct link and that changes must be manually propogated to the ontology (we can check with Fahim).

Would Kurt be interested in working implementing test wiki forms for NEMO?

Hi Gwen. After much looking, I can't seem to find the original forms that you reference here. Could you point those out to me / us? I think that will help clarify what it is that you're seeking. After that, I'll probably have some more questions, but let's start there.
