Dear Natasha

most likely reason is that you have a syntax error in your .ini file
if you look closely at the messages, nemo didn't include any trait in 
the simulation and the only life cycle event is 'save_files'
also, the file that nemo tries to load the population from is called 
"C:source_file_type", which is a bit weird because 'source_file_type' is 
a parameter name
so, make sure you didn't make any syntax error in the parameter file!
it is difficult to help without having a look at the ini file
