Hi Rex,

So are you a UNC sequencing core user?  I am no longer at UNC so I
can't really comment on how the system works for getting an account
(and the SeqWare project is not hosted in the Nelson Lab anymore,
we're at OICR in Toronto).  So for UNC-specific questions I would
recommend you contact Stuart Jefferys (cc'd here) who can help direct
your issue to the correct person.  I can answer more generic questions
about installing SeqWare, see the SeqWare mailing list cc'd here as
well.
