* rework brian's script to point to flatfiles rather
than a database.
* RPM the script, flatfiles, and SVG images
* save RPM to biopackages yum repo
* install RPM on radius
I have used this link to replace the previous link for the
Human Tissue DB in the lab web page. This is an interim,
temporary fix. The more permanant fix will be to do as
specified in this bug.
