#332 Add verification to SolexaTools

Add verification code to run_alignment:
-After fasta creation
-After alignment step
-After slo creation

After do the same thing for run_reports to make sure validation is integrated. Also, for cluster jobs should check exit status for errors.

Just needs to glob and make sure files are there and are not empty.

After should manually run Brian's script on the database to go through LIMS and make sure all experiments have everything they need. If they do not, it flags them as redo.

While adding the tests, make sure verification is in run_alignment for each step.

- .t test should be artificial in to out (maf to slo, slo to bed/wig)
