#327 Look at Puppet or Something Similar for Server Settings

Since you have kickstart setup and working to provision nodes/dev/production machines please look to the next step which is capturing machine configuration and a means to provision changes out to live servers. Jordan has recommended puppet but any appropriate technology could work. Use the neuron replacement setup as a chance to try something new out. I talked with Patrick about this.
