Merge the ulna commands to the neuron file. Make sure you do NOT
merge redundancy.

There are a number of cron jobs and manually run scripts, etc that copy data from the web, etc to here. These should be documented and consolidated. Also, a procedure is needed to insure that they are all working.

- Also check biopackages and other mirroring that is supposed to happen
- All these should be done on Sumo's cron, since sumo is not doing anything and should be reimaged as a cron/rsync/misc infrastructure server since it has a public IP and will have the XSAN mounted.
