#165 receive html entities as is

Hi, we've been using cyberneko for quite a while inside our collaboration webapp.
Recently we're having troubles with some html entities that get wrongly transformed.
Actually, we would like to have a way to let the characters(..) callback to receive original characters without any transformation, e.g. original html entity characters (Ciao 😀 as is, not the decoded characters).
Any help?
