#375 Check folder and extensions on start

To be able to specify a folder and extension from which Neembuu would automatically add all files to queue when started. For example my most common use is to add all rar files from a specific folder to the queue. I imagine a lot of people have similar habits. And it would skip few steps if it was possible to do automatically when application is started. It would of course have to be optional since not everyone would like to use it.

Yes, but it could be a setting too. If the directory is one, I think it's simple to add an option to make this kind of thing.
