#71 A frame around text area

The Motif style guide, dictates that a bevel frame is
surrrounding the text area.

Due to popular request the frame is fitted snuggly to the
windowborder and scrollbar, but this can be changed via
resources.

The frame aound the incremental searchbar and infoline
is removed, to save space. Anyway the visual result is
much the same, because of the frame around the
textarea.
