There is a small problem with the latex highlighting,
precisely with the percent (%) symbol. When used alone,
this symbol represents a comment in the text. The Nedit
highlighting writes the text on its right-hand side
with an italic and blue character. If a '\' comes
before it, in a mathematical environment, such as $10
\%$, it does not represent a comment, but the 'real'
methematical % symbol. However, the Nedit highlighting
'thinks' this is a comment as well. This includes the $
symbol on the right-hand side used to close the
mathematical environment. What happens, than, is that
the Nedit highlighting doesn't find the closing $, and
all the following text is highlighted as inside the
mathematical environment.
