The default smart indent initMacro for Matlab does not
end with a new line, but programming smart indent
always finalizes the macro with a newline, so, if
Matlab is selected as language mode of the program
smart indent dialog and then another language is
selected, nedit says that the settings have been
changed and prompts to apply or discard them, even
though no changes have been made to the (default)
values.
