the "show matching (..)" doesn't work in tab mode:

reproduce it with this:

- open two documents in tab mode
- place the cursor in one window on a brace, so that
the other
brace is highlighted
- switch to the other window
- now the matching doesn't work anymore

    sorry,

con't reproduce it by myself, i implicate a reproduction
    order from the phenomenom

    here is the phenomenon:

i had one open file, after openening the second and some
editing i realize that the highlighning doesn't work anymore
in this tab, after switching to the first tab, i see that
the cursor was after a brace and that in this tab the
highlighning works, after closing and reopening the second
file, i can't see this affect anymore

Could it be that you accidentally turned off Show Matching
    (Preferences->Show Matching->Off)? This is a per-tab
setting, so the behaviour can differ between tabs of the
    same window.

this was the first that i checked, but unless there is a
hidden keyboard short cut for this (i use barely the mouse
while editing), i can eliminate this for me.

It is quite possible that there is a bug which is only
triggered by some particular sequence of actions (opening
and closing tabs, moving tabs between windows, ...).

We've had similar bugs before, but your build is quite old
for a development version, so if there is a bug, it may have
been fixed already. I suggest that you compile a more recent
version and let us know if the problem resurfaces.

Dropping this to low priority until it can be reproduced.

I guess the bug is still vanished, so I'll close this.
