Implement audio driver.

I hope you can do this! The key for me would be to be able to generate an audio
stream from the program, through QAudioOutput and QIODevice - so, running
multimedia/audiooutput/audiooutput.cpp would be a good test. :)

IMHO this is the easiest issue to implement, unfortunately now I'm very busy with issue

2 and #4.

To implement this audio driver I'll be forced to use some unofficial APIs (and a new
NDK).

I just wanted to say Android's latest NDK seems to have exposed Audio APIs based on OpenSL ...
