#302 MsdnHtmlUtilitiesV20.cs:line 265

Latest NDoc version 1.3.1 downloaded 2 days back
(completely new to NDoc).
The framework version is MS 1.1
Using VS.Net
I have installed VSHIK as well.

NDoc is able to generate XML build doc type but fails
when I try MSDN type document output build.

I get the follwing error:

System.IO.FileNotFoundException occurred
