#276 customising the language filter

Dear Team,

I am thankful to you because you eased our difficulties.
As mentioned in my previous support request, we are
documenting a C# library.
The work environment is as hereunder:
NDoc 1.3.1 - Code Documentation Generator for .NET
MS Help 2.0
Documenter: VS.NET

Currently the language filter button in the topic header is
displaying the languages: C#, Visual Basic, C++ and
JScript and Show All.
We do not want to include the JScript syntax which
arrives by default.
Is there any way by which I can remove the JScript
option from the pop up menu.
Moreover when the Show All option is clicked the
JScript defintion of the member being discussed should
not appear in the topic page.

The .hxs file has been attached for your reference.
