#275 only single page visible in the TOC
Dear Team,
I am thankful to you because you eased our difficulties.
We are documenting a C# library.
The work environment is as hereunder:
NDoc 1.3.1 - Code Documentation Generator for .NET
MS Help 2.0
Documenter: VS.NET
We are able to generate help from the dll. The
comments are stored in external files and not with the
source code.
We are able to generate the .hxs file. NDoc registers it
properly and we get proper integration with Visual
Studio .net 2003
We are able to use: Dynamic Help, Context Sensitive
Help, Search, Index ..all these features work.
However the help topic book is not visible properly in the
Table of Contents. Instead of the collection book only
one page is displayed in the ms.vssc
Please throw some light on this and resolve this issue.
