#240 Extend title-row

I am trying to figure out the best way to add an href link
to the title row of each page while using VS.NET 2003
documenter.
Is there an easy way to override the common.xslt with
my own or should I be using a different technique? I
have already gone through Extending NDoc for custom
tags.
In my case I want to extend an already existing
section "title-row" and keep use my own xslt without the
headache of building and maintaining my own version of
NDoc source tree.

Any clues?
