#225 How to control column widths in a 'table' list

I have created a list of type 'table' (<list
type="table">) in my comments to provide a definition
table. The length of the terms is very short compared to
the definitions; however my table appears in the help
document with both columns the same width (50%).

Are there any options to modify this behavior such that
the left-hand term column is shorter to allow more
room for the definition? Examples of such tables
(narrow term) are in the NDoc online help itself -- the
Section Tags table of the Tag Reference topic.

The users guide is not produced via NDoc - it's just good old-
fashioned hand-coded html...
