#210 Ability to add additional topics

This may in fact be possible since I'm not an NDOc pro.
However, it would be nice if I could define topic
files using XML and just run them through NDoc and
create Visual Studio .NET style help files.

Is this possible? If not, I am suggesting that this
would be a nice feature.
